FOOTBALL

SINGLE TIPS : I recommend to play single tips, because the chance of winning is bigger than if you place ticket bets !! I will do our stats only for single tips, this is a list of matches where I think both teams will score, but for bigger odds you can try both teams to score in first half or both teams to score in 2nd half :

FRANCE - LIGUE 1

TOULOUSE v MONACO

  • both teams to score in 2nd half - 3.75  |

ENGLAND - CHAMPIONSHIP

FULHAM v WATFORD

  • both teams to score in 2nd half - 2.62  |

BELGIUM - PRO LEAGUE

WESTERLO v WAASLAND

  • both teams to score in first half - 4.50   |

BASKETBALL - EUROLEAGUE

Small odds today for favourites, you can try maybe Galatasaray to win (1.60), but I will try total points bet on 2 players..

GALATASARAY v LABORAL KUTXA

These two teams are in the heart of the Top 16 race. Galatasaray is undefeated at home this season, while Laboral Kutxa is seeking its first road win. Laboral came from behind to edge Galatasaray 91-90 on Colton Iverson’s layup in the closing seconds in Round 3. Thomas Heurtel also played a big role that night. The point guard and center will remain focal points against Galatasaray this time too. Heurtel faces former Vitoria guard Carlos Arroyo, while Iverson teams with Mirza Begic to match up against Ian Vougioukas, Kerem Gonlum and Nate Jawai in the paint. Galatasaray’s hottest performer lately has been power forward Zoran Erceg, who will be challenged by Toko Shengelia and Davis Bertans. Pietro Aradori, Sinan Guler and Martynas Pocius will try to contain Sasha Vujacic and Fernando San Emeterio. Injuries have limited Galatasaray coach Ergin Ataman, but the home-court advantage is a sure boost to his team.

Galatasaray Liv Hospital Istanbul reenforced its frontcourt on Wednesday by signing power forward Patric Young for the rest of the season. Young (2.09 meters, 22 years old) arrives from four season with University of Florida, where he finished with averages of 11 points and 6.4 rebounds in his last year. Young has also played for the United States national team at the 2011 FIBA U19 World Championship, averaging 9.7 points and 6.8 rebounds in a fifth-place finish.

I think we can see a high-scoring game here and Galata can win this game, so I will choose one of host's key players. Offensively, Galatasaray has two scorer weapons : Zoran Erceg and Carlos Arroyo. Erceg is in a sensational shape, performed very well this season, especially in the last two games, but today I will go with Arroyo..

This guy is a classic gunner, always looking to score, especially 3-pointers, is attempting a high number of shots per game, so I think today will be the same thing. Averages 14.1 points and 5 assists with 41% 2-pointers and 35,4% 3-pointers. The total points line offered by the bookies is the same as always for Arroyo : 14.5. It can be a risky bet, but I think he can score at least 15 points if he will be on fire !
  • over 14.5 points - 1.85   |

PGE TUROW ZGORZELEC v FC BARCELONA

The Polish champion welcomes the champion of Spain. PGE Turow has lost three straight and must upset undefeated Barcelona to keep its chances of reaching the Top 16 realistic. Barca dominated Turow 86-67 in Round 3 behind 20 points from Justin Doellman. Barcelona will look to its frontcourt with Doellman, Ante Tomic and Tibor Pleiss to lead the way against Turow’s trio of Ivan Zigeranovic, Uros Nikolic and Damian Kulig. Forward Vlad Moldoveanu comes off a big game and could also be a difference maker for the hosts. Turow will look to run with Tony Taylor, Mardy Collins and Nemanja Jaramaz pushing the ball and Chris Wright and Michal Chylinski finishing. To do so the hosts must rebound well against the Barcelona bigs. The visitors rely on playmaker Marcelinho Huertas to set the tempo, while Juan Carlos Navarro, Brad Oleson, Alex Abrines and Deshaun Thomas help generate offense. Though Barcelona may be favored, expect to see Turow and its fans give everything to kep their season alive.

OK, the hosts will be more motivated in this game, this is sure, but I think there is a huge quality difference between these two teams. Barcelona didn't play extremely convincing basketball on road in Euroleague in the past years, but I think they can score around 80 points in this game. A lot of things has changed in their roster, but they are performing very well until now. Classic options to exceed their total points line are : Ante Tomic or Juan Carlos Navarro, but for today I choose newcomer Justin Doellman.

Justin Doellman is a great forward, he was the leader of Valencia Basket in the last year and his move to Barca was a very good choice from my point of view. He started the season excellent, but in the last 3 game in Euroleague he wasn't very active offensively. I think it's time for him to make a great individual performance and Turow it's the perfect opponent. Doellman to score at least 12 points it's my pick for this game !
  • Justin Doellman over 11.5 points - 1.85  |

1 comment:

  1. Fulham received a red card in 18th minute, they didn't manage to score in 10 players... Toulouse received 2 goals, but didn't manage to score a goal at home ?! Barcelona scored 104 points on road, but they made a deep rotation, so Doellman didn't get the chance to score 12 points.. Despite his team negative result, star player Carlos Arroyo had a strong individual performance finishing with 22 points and my both team s to score tip at Westerlo - Waasland match was very good !!
