FOOTBALL

I don't recommend to invest high stakes on today's matches, I think it's better to wait Saturday's, Sunday's matches.. I will continue the Martingale system on Tours draw and I will try a few basketball/tennis tips...

MARTINGALE

Martingale is probably the best known existing gambling and betting system. It is based on raising your stake after every lost bet until the outcome you desire finally takes place. Firstly used in the casinos at roulette, martingale implied doubling your stake when betting on red/black and losing. When you finally won the bet, the total winnings would have exceeded your total losses.
In order for martingale to be successful, two crucial and impossible events must take place: infinite bankroll and no bookmaker betting limits. Without these factors, martingale will lead you to bankruptcy.

It`s a dangerous betting system, and even if you apply a derivate with low investment / low stakes progression, you could still head downhill. But, of course, in the end it`s up to each individual to decide if this system could work for him.
I looked after teams, which hasn't made draw till now in their league. I will try a Martingale system on this blog betting on draws. The stakes will be : 1,2,4,8,16,32,64 units...       France - Ligue 2 is a league, where draw occurence is high : after 8 rounds a single team didn't make a draw : TOURS. I hope they will make a draw in the next 7 games : Sochaux(H), Brest(A), Nimes(H), Chateauroux(A), Laval(A), Auxerre(H), Niort(A)..

Fourth hand : Chateauroux - Tours : X   3.00     8 units      | Tours lost again by one goal, so we continue next week with 16 units...

BASKETBALL - EUROLEAGUE

These are second round games of the 2014/2015 Euroleague regular season group phase. We have new teams in competition, a lot of teams made big changes in their coaching staff or player roster, so I have to watch a couple of games to see exactly the teams playing philosophy, rotation etc. We are in the beginning of the season and it's hard to bet right now, but because BASKETBALL it's my favourite sport, I will try to write a few tips about today's matches :

OLYMPIAKOS v LABORAL KUTXA

First place in Group D could be decided by this encounter between Round 1 winners. Olympiacos returns home after a strong game by its perimeter weapons, who were aided by the defensive toughness of the big guys. Laboral goes on the road after shooting great in its home opener. The game will be a test for one of the league’s best young point guards, Thomas Heurtel, who will, face former MVP Vassilis Spanoulis as well as Kostas Sloukas, Vangelos Mantzaris and Oliver Lafayette. Heurtel is joined by Fernando San Emeterio and former Olympiacos player Doron Perkins in the Labroal backcourt. Swingman Matt Lojeski could play a big role for the hosts, too. The visitors have lots of weapons at forward, including sharpshooter Davis Bertans, Toko Shengelia and Ryan Gomes, though a clear hierarchy has not yet been established. Othello Hunter and Bryant Dunston anchor Olympiacos inside, where they’ll confront Colton Iverson and DJ White. Both teams have confidence, depth and the great talent necessary to deliver an exciting game. I expect an overish game, like the last head-2-head games, I think Oly can score around 82 points and Laboral around 72 points, so the over can be the winner bet here...
  • Total points(regular time) : 151 - 160  - 3.40 (Bwin)
DINAMO SASSARI v ANADOLU EFES

This will be Sassari's first-ever Euroleague home game – and its first showdown against a Turkish team, too. Efes needs to make the most out of its size advantage in the paint, with more-experienced big men such as Nenad Krstic and Stephane Lasme. Shane Lawal and Marco Cusin must be ready for a big challenge. Efes inked playmaker Donnie McGrath to complement Dontaye Draper and Dogus Balbay in the backcourt. All three players face a challenge to control the game tempo, as Sassari loves to play run-and-gun basketball. Jerome Dyson and Edgar Sosa are happy to make Sassari run. The hosts have a battery of three-point shooters led by Dyson, David Logan, Jeff Brooks - opening the floor at power forward - and Rakim Sanders, all ready to pull the trigger from downtown. Dario Saric faces a tough test against Brooks, while Stratos Perperoglou, Cedi Osman and Matt Janning need to be ready on defense against Sassari's perimeter threats. OK, I know that Sassari is very good at home and the atmosphere will be very warm, but I think the experience factor can be decisive here, because Efes invested a lot of money this summer to bring here quality players with big experience, while Sassari is playing for the first time in this competition, so for me, the odds on the guests has value !
  • Anadolu Efes to win - 2.40  |

TENNIS - WTA-SINGLES : TOUR CHAMPIONSHIPS, hard(indoor)
SIMONA HALEP v ANA IVANOVIC / 14:30
  • Ana Ivanovic 2 - 0  - 2.75  |

  1. Tours received a goal in additional time, so we have to continue next week with 16 units...

  2. Olympiakos is not that dominant team they were in the past seasons, Laboral made a good game, the handicap on guests were a better option than the total points... Sassari - Efes : 75 - 82 => Efes win had value as I said

  3. I don't understand Halep's tactic for yesterday's game... She won nothing from that game : she lost the match in three sets, she spent a lot of time on court and the biggest threat, Serena, is still alive... !!
